CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR (GABORONE & FRANCISTOWN)
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To plan, coordinate and monitor the Implementation
of the Corporation's electrification plans and customer services strategy
including the processing of applications and quotations, payments, work orders,
consumer refunds, enquiry resolution to ensure the provision of efficient and
quality customer service within the regional area of designation. The incumbent
will coordinate customer service activities, maintain the computer database in
consultation with the Accounts Operations department, prepare the annual budget
and also facilitate customer satisfaction surveys within the area of
designation.
Qualifications:
• Recognized Bachelor, Degree in Business
Management/ Social Sciences or related field, from a recognized University.
• Post Graduate training in Business
Administration and background in Utility Sector/Customer Service environment
will be an added advantage.
Experience:
• Minimum of eight (8) years in a customer Service
Utility.
• Of the above, at least five (5) years in a
senior position in customer services related operations.
• Strong management/supervisory experience.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in SAP.

TRANSMISSION ENGINEER X 2 (TENABLE IN GABORONE & FRANCISTOWN)
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To plan, coordinate, organize and control the
maintenance and operational activities on the transmission equip within the
designated area to ensure that work is carried out safely, effectively and
efficiently, and to minimize equip downtime.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Membership of a recognised professional engine
institution.
Experience:
• At least five (5) years post qualification
experience in Voltage Transmission Environment.
