BANC ABC - ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - CORPORATE BANKING (GABORONE)

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Banking, the role holder is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships., maximizing business levels, service and profit performance in corporate banking. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the Head of Corporate in the development of Corporate Banking business strategy and customer risk mitigation strategies.

Required Knowledge and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Studies, Economics or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in relationship management or similar role.
The position requires a person with broad based knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets and economic environments, knowledge of respective operational regulatory environment, ability to research and aggressively source new business through own initiatives and demonstrated ability to network and build own portfolio of contacts to maximize referral network.
