MASCOM: FRAUD MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Job Purpose

To proactively manage the company's fraud

Key Performance Areas

•Identifying, analyzing and resolving fraud cases registered on available platforms

•Recommending enhancements to key processes to combat fraud
•Promote Fraud awareness initiatives
•Liaise with law enforcement establishments.

Job Requirements

•Degree in Telecommunication, BSC, IT or equivalent
•2 years experience in a telecommunication environment
