Got produce Botswana seeks high-energy, motivated and positively minded individuals with 3 years experience as horticulture growers in its greenhouse 2.5km from Rsesa Village
Duties
•Plant, cultivate, and pack a variety of vegetables that a grown hydropronically
•Discharge basic fertigation and plant protection activities
•Regularly check for plant diseases, insects and other possible plant conditions requiring attention
•Inspect, clean sort, pack and load harvested products
•Communicate with Head Grower regarding key areas of maintenance in the greenhouses and farm
•Perform any other farm related duties as may be required.
Qualifications
•Completion of Standard 7
•Able to follow basic math calculations and read technical instructions
•Physically fit
•Able to work 3m off the ground on ladders
•Able to use hand tools such as pruning shears, knives etc
•Willing to work flexible work schedules including but not limited to extended hours, holidays and weekends
•3 year + horticulture experience preferred
