• At least a Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognised institution. Or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRI
• Membership to a recognised HR professional organisation acceptable to BITRI
• Specialisation in change management, recruitment,training and development preferred
EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• A minimum of 7yrs experience in human resource management
2.HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST- REWARD, REMUNERATION AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Main Purpose of the Job
• Develop,review and implement BITRI's pay and performance management strategy EDUCATION
• At least a Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognised institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRI
• Membership to a recognised HR professional organisation
• Specialisation in change management, reward compensation and PMS preferred
EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• A minimum of 7years experience in human resource management
3. HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST- EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND STAFF WELFARE
Main Purpose of the Job
• To provide comprehensive employee relations and advisory service as may be required bt BITRI. Implement welfare programmes to enhance employee safety as well as wellness and improve work-life balance. Championing cultural change
EDUCATION
• At least a Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognised institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRI
• Membership to a recognised HR professional organisation •Specialisation in labour and industrial relations and employee welfare is preferred
EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• A minimum of 7 years experience in human resource management
4. PERSONNEL OFFICER
Main Purpose of the Job
•Responsible for providing personnel administration services to BITRI
EDUCATION
• Atleast a Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognised institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRI
EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• A minimum of 5 years experience in personnel administration
5. DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
Main Purpose of the Job
• Responsible for overseeing the performance,intergrity and security of BITRI's database
EDUCATION
• Atleast a Degree in computer-related field(computer science,information science, or management information systems) from a recognised institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRU
• Professional certification relevant for database administration
EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• A minimum of 7 years experience in IT, preferably in a similar role
•Experience in database administration in a multi-user environment and missiona critical system
6. IT TECHNICIAN
Main purpose of the Job
• Provide technical assistance,support and training to end- users
EDUCATION
• At least a diploma in computer-related field( computer science, information science or management information systems) from a recognised institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRI
EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• A minimum of 5 years IT User Support experience
7. OFFICE SUPPORT MANAGER
Main Purpose of the Job
• Lead the provision of cost effective support services and the management of BITRI office facilities to ensure the smooth running of the office environment
• Create a proper working environment for the team and manage its resources to achieve goals
EDUCATION
• At least a Degree. In Business Administration from a recognised institution or any other qualification acceptable to BITRI
EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• A minimum of 9 years experience in the office administration including 2- 3 years experience in a managerial position
8. FACILITIES OFFICER
Main Purpose of the Job
• Management of BITRI's operating offices, buildings,properties and facilities.
EDUCATION
• At least a Diploma in a Civil Engeneering from a recognised institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRI
EXPERIENCE AN WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• A minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management with some supervisory skills
9. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Main Purpose of the Job
• Organise and coordinate the provision of the cost effective office support and supplies services
EDUCATION
• At least a Diploma in Business Administration from a recognised institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRI
EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• A minimum of 5 years experience in the office administration with some supervisory skills
10. ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Main Purpose of the Job
• Assist the Administration Officer in providing office support services
EDUCATION
• At least BGCSE and a Certificate in Office Administration from a recognized institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRI
EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• A minimum of 2 years experience in office administration
11. SECRETARY ( 4 positions)
Main Purpose of the Job
• To provide secretarial services to departments or executive officers
EDUCATION
• A minimum of BGCSE and to a National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognised institution EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• Atleast 3 years experience as a secretary in a professional office environment
12. RECORDS OFFICER
Main Purpose of the Job
• Ensure sound records management services for BITRI based on organizational needs and in line with accepted international standards and procedures
EDUCATION
• At least a Diploma in Archives and Records Management from a recognised institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRI
EXPERIENCE AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• A minimum of 5 years experience of which 2 years will be post Diploma in Archives and Records Management qualification in a Records Management environment with some supervisory responsibilities
REMUNERATION B
ITRI offers attractive working conditions and remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.
