1.PRINCIPAL OFFICER
•The incumbent will take charge of the compliance requirements per NBFIRA Act
•All the general reporting and returns as stipulated in the Act
•Ensure that Agency force is in compliant with requirements through training and mentoring
Qualification and experience:
•Minimum O’level or equivalent plus COP, LIC
•Tertiary qualification in the field of marketing will be an added advantage
•Drivers licence
•Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
•Ideal candidates should be licensed with NBFIRA
2.LIFE MANAGER – RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
Responsibilities:
•Reporting to the General Manager, Life Operations
•The incumbent will be charged with the recruitment and training of new life agents for the organization
•Tasked to research and prepare training material for senior consultants and conduct training sessions as shall be directed to ensure continued product and marketing knowledge for sales force.
Qualification and Experience:
•Tertiary qualification
•Ideal candidates should have proven experience of at least 5 years with a sound knowledge of life insurance products and training in general
3.MARKETING EXECUTIVES/ FINANCIAL PLANNERS – OFFSHORE
•This position is for life consultancy ready to be exposed with a wide range of financial products primarily offshore and personal financial planning, retirement income and annuities.
Qualification and experience:
•Tertiary qualification in the field of marketing
•Ideal candidates should have marketing or selling experience and show willingness to learn and target specific markets segments
•Minimum qualification- O’ Levels plus COP
•Driving licence is essential; candidates with own vehicle an added advantage
