The candidate will report to the Supervisor: MobileHome
Job Competencies:
• Handling queries and customer related issues, and escalate
queries to supervisory level where required.
• Support the efforts of the Mobilehome Supervisor with
regard to security and housekeeping, and ensuring that displays and general
image of the Mobile- home comply with policy.
• Recording of cash and Bank takings and issue receipts.
• Arrange for security to collect cash and Bank receipts.
• Ordering, reordering and receipt of stock.
• Reconciliation of stock with cash and Bank receipts.
Personal Competencies:
• Grade 12 (25 points)
• Diploma/Certificate in Sales/Marketing or Customer
Relations.
• +/- 2-4 years customer contact & sales experience
(Strong requirement)
• Friendly, patient and team player with helpful
disposition.
• Detail orientated and accurate, focused and function well
in a
stressful environment.
• Well spoken and fluent in English.
• Fully Computer literate.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Namibian citizenship or residency.
