advancement i.e mobile applications development, software development,
applications development, social media, etc.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Registration and ICT:
•You will be responsible for growing the ICT Developer Community; managing both incoming and outgoing communications; content creation, customer relations and communication; and marketing strategy for the community of ICT Developers.
Key Result Areas will include the following:
•Ensuring consistent engagement, social impact and enhanced corporate reputation of the ICT Developer Community
•Design and Implementing creative communication and community management engagement techniques that drive optimal participation in the BIH ICT Developer Community
•Managing the BIH’s web and social media content creation and dissemination
•Developing strategies to increase engagement and interaction in the BIH ICT Developer Community
•Providing consultation and technical support to leadership in the establishment of community relations goals, objectives, and strategies and develop/communicate plans to meet established goals.
Academic and other requirements:
•ICT Degree or equivalent with demonstrable aptitude for Communications or Public Relations
•5 year’s experience for Degree Holders, and 3 years for Masters Holders
•Valid drivers licence
•Good knowledge of presentation and reporting skills
•Demonstrate proficiency in management skills and competencies
•Social media experience; ability to comfortably use blogging platforms and other social media platforms is necessary
•Knowledge and exposure to different operating systems or core platforms
