Cottonvale (Pty) Ltd t/a Office berry, a retail experience shop is looking to recruit for the following posts;

1.FLOOR (STORE) MANAGER

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years supervisory experience in a vibrant retail environment; knowledge of IT hardware, software, office stationery/solutions will be an added advantage. Should have good communication skills and willing to work in challenging situations, and work long hours.

2.SALES EXECUTIVE

The ideal candidate should have had prior experience in IT/stationery retail store

3.ENGINEER

The successful candidate should have experience working in a service and support environment, supporting both hardware and software. Industry wide certifications will be an added advantage

4.MOBILE TECHNICIAM

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years experience in mobile phone repair center environment

5.CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE

The ideal candidate should have some prior experience in an inbound/outbound call center dealing with customer service, debt collection, and telemarketing with knowledge on call center processes

6.CALL CENTER MANAGER

The ideal candidate should have at least two (2) years’ supervisory experience in an inbound/outbound call center, dealing with customer service, debt collection, telemarketing with knowledge on call center processes.

7.FIELD SALES & MARKETING SUPERVISOR

The successful candidate should have at least one (1) year experience in IT orientated environment, with good IT knowledge on IT software and hardware.
All candidates must have a valid driver’s licence, and the package offered will be in line with experience, personal skills and attributes.
