DESCRIPTION
The key deliverable of the TDY is the final report of the Sahel Review process, including the final proposed: •             Redefinition of CAREs identity, role and relevance in the Sahel Countries, •             Alternative mode of operating, business systems and accountability structures The person selected for this TDY will be asked to do some preparatory reading; be present and make minutes throughout the regional level core work and steering committee meetings; and deliver the final report in collaboration with the RMU. An additional ask may be preparation of materials throughout the process. Language, experience and skills required: •             Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.  •             Excellent writing skills; ability to present written documents on complex issues in a logical, accessible and appealing manner. •             Excellent strategic insight; ability to comprehend both programmatic and organizational content. •             Ability to deal with sensitive processes and information. . Writing skills . Previous experience with similar high-level, strategic processes preferred.
