Coca-Cola Fortune (CCF) is one of four licensed Coca-Cola
bottlers in South Africa and has five manufacturing sites situated in Port
Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Nelspruit and Port Shepstone. It has a
wonderful diversity of people from all South Africa's communities who work
together to create a workplace that is energetic, challenging, exciting and
rewarding. An exciting opportunity exists in Tzaneen, for the above-mentioned
position, reporting into the Depot Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities
|
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key performance areas will include: ? Manage and optimize warehouse performance through professional stock control, forklift operation and KPI’s ? To adhere to Warehouse procedures and processes ? Manage materials handling and costs ? Manage & develop capability of warehouse team, including People Plan. ? Maintain high levels of housekeeping in the Warehouse and yard ? Managing inventory levels ? Manage & coordinate Health & Safety. ? Compile and manage own budget. |

Skills, Experience & Education

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
? Tertiary qualification in Logistics/ Warehousing or equivalent. ? Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience within Warehousing or similar environment. ? Computer literate(Windows, SAP) ? Excellent literacy, communication and problem solving abilities ? Understanding of S & OP would be an added advantage ? Be a change agent, self starter and efficient in people management ? Have a passion for customer service, continual innovation and total quality ? Proven positive track record of leading Warehousing department. ? Sound financial acumen – solid understanding of the financial impact of activities on the LWD environment ? Strong analytical skills and negotiation Skills ? Warehouse Management and Customer Services knowledge and experience ? Excellent team motivator and team player |
