Job Description
Coca-Cola Fortune (CCF) is one of four licensed Coca-Cola bottlers in South Africa and has five manufacturing sites situated in Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Nelspruit and Port Shepstone. It has a wonderful diversity of people from all South Africa's communities who work together to create a workplace that is energetic, challenging, exciting and rewarding. An exciting opportunity exists in Tzaneen for a Distribution Manager, reporting into the Depot Manager.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key performance areas will include:
• Contributing towards the profitable top line growth of the business
• Ensuring effective cost leadership in Distribution
• Optimizing the Distribution efficiency
• Driving and building a high performance culture in Distribution
• Ensuring the optimization of all assets
• Guaranteeing highly effective customer services
• Manage & develop capability of warehouse team, including People Plan.

Skills, Experience & Education
REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant Tertiary qualification in Logistics /Road Transport Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience within Distribution or similar environment.
• Proven positive track record of leading a Distribution department..
• Sound financial acumen – solid understanding of the financial impact of activities on the LWD environment
• Strong analytical skills and negotiation Skills
• Sound Fleet Management, Warehouse Management and Customer Services knowledge and experience
• Excellent team motivator and team player Computer literate(Windows, SAP)
• Excellent literacy, communication and problem solving abilities
• Understanding of S & OP would be an added advantage
• Be a change agent, self starter and efficient in people management
• Have a passion for customer service, continual innovation and total quality
• Excellent team motivator and team player
