1.BUILDING MAINTENANCE ARTISAN

Main Purpose of job:

•To provide maintenance and service to building internal structures and fixtures, external structures and determine best approach to attend to problems by referring to technical manuals, blueprints and product catalogues.

Key Performance Areas:

The successful candidate will be responsible for among other things;

•Repair and maintenance
•Quality work
•Adherence to safety procedures
•Manual dexterity and ability to work with hand and power tools
•Availability of records and documents
•Customer service

Qualification and experience:

•NCC in carpentry and joinery or equivalent
•2 years’ experience in carpentry and joinery work in an intense maintenance orientated environment

•Problem solving
•Functional and Technical skills
•Attention to detail

2.REFRIGERATION / HVAC ARTISAN

Main purpose of job:

•To provide maintenance and service including installation, repair and servicing of Heating ventilation and Air- conditioning (HVAC) equipment to ensure optimal availability and utilization in accordance with service delivery standards and schedules.

Key Performance Areas:

The successful candidate will be responsible for among other things;

•Repair and maintenance
•Quality of work
•Adherence to safety procedures
•Manual dexterity and ability to work with hand and power tools
•Availability of records and documents
•Customer service

Qualification and experience:

•NCC in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning or equivalent
•2 years’ experience in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning work in a maintenance orientated environment with exposure on centralized cooling and heating systems.

•Functional and Technical Skills
•Attention to detail
