Job Description
|
Responsible for sampling and quality testing on the line,
investigation of Quality deviations and initiation of corrective actions,
housekeeping of the lab, maintenance of food safety and EOSH principals,
report writing, internal auditing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
|
Responsible for Quality checks & tests on the line
(record findings). Investigation of all Quality deviations. Initiation of
corrective actions and non-conformances.
Adherence to TCCC systems requirements as it pertain to SHEQ. Housekeeping of the lab. Sampling of all products and microbiological analysis. Participation in TPM Activities. Maintenance of food safety and EOSH principals in manufacturing and process laboratory. Generation of reports. Conduct GMP and Internal Audits. |
Skills, Experience & Education
|
Diploma in Food Technology or similar qualification.
Computer literacy is compulsory. Should ideally have analytical abilities.
Previous experience in FMCG environment would be advantageous. Must be
prepared to work shifts. Must be able to function as part of a team. May be
required to work public holidays and weekends.
