Field Service Consultant - Western Region - MIL00002E - Vodafone

MAIN PURPOSE

To ensure that Vodacom’s retail channels meet sales targets by building relationship; driving sales; product training and merchandising.



JOB OBJECTIVES

To support operations with day to day running of the business, by regular and consistent calling.
To manage the look and feel, pricing and stock situations in the required channels.
To equip, motivate, train, monitor, measure and reward sales staff in conjunction with the store owner or manager.
To facilitate promotions and training.
To train retail outlets on Vodacom SA Policies and Procedures, sales skills, customer etiquette, overcoming objections, conversion selling, new products and network developments.
To report and resolve red flag issues.
To identify possible risks and opportunities for improvement of services and provide feedback to the partner on areas of improvement.
To identify training requirements to rectify deviances.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

5 years with 2 years in a corporate service environment and 1 year in Cellular Industry (essential).  A minimum of 3years experience in the business and or retail environment (essential).

Matric / Grade 12 (essential) 
Relevant Sales or Business Diploma (desirable) or a SAQA Accredited Equivalent
Relevant Marketing Qualification at NQF 5(desirable) or a SAQA Accredited Equivalent
