Experience in PC hardware Minimum 2 years in coordinating, planning and administration in an IT environment Knowledge of the following Microsoft products: Microsoft Office, SQL, ets. Liaison with project team, software users and business. Basic internet protocol knowledge (HTTP; SMTP; FTP;SOAP) Knowledge of firewalls, proxy’s and virus programs. Knowledge on LAN/WAN. Driver’s license Valid Passport KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: To provide support on software products to users To upgrade products to the required levels To ensure optimum response the users in the field To react promptly on any problems, faults, requests and or changes required by users To provide training on the software. The creation and setup of clients fleets To provide IT support to branch PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Have an aptitude for problem solving Have a good communication skills and relate to different individual on many levels Diligent and quick learner Requirements: Own transport Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Cellular phone A+ and / or N+ certificates Microsoft SQL server 2008 At least 2 years’ experience Self-manageable |
