Job Description

Hire Resolve is urgently looking for an Exploration Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the designing and implementation of future exploration strategies in line with the client’s objectives to enhance the overall resource base among other things.

You must have a minimum of a BSc Hon Degree in Geology with 10 years experience in exploration field. Multi commodity experience and exploration techniques, and will have directed successful exploration programmes. You will be familiar with all airborne and ground geophysical methods and the interpretation of subsequent data.

Experience of operating remote field operations, large-scale geochemical sampling and the planning of the associated logistics is an essential facet of the duties. You will also have experience of a range of drilling techniques, including RAB, RC and diamond drilling. Familiarity and competency with a range of geological software packages is a necessary requirement, including AcQuire, ARC View, Geosoft and Datamine.
