Technical Services Manager

Education:
A University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, Dell, HP, IBM certifications, VMWare
Experience: At least 5-7 years’ experience in a position responsible for information technology and infrastructure.

Responsibilities: 
Leading the planning and implementation of ICT projects for our clients
Coordinates IT equipment maintenance and support services
Accountable for all support services
Gaining an understanding of the unique business and technical requirements on each engagement to facilitate the most appropriate solution design
Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
Manage the Technical Services team and ensure the staff is productive all the time
Producing client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and system performance and status reports
Manage training and development of the technical services team
Assist in business development activities and come up with new technological business initiatives to drive business growth
Any other duty as required by the line manager commensurate with the post.

This is not an entry level position, so recent graduates should not apply and will not be considered.
