Overall Job Purpose
Owns Records Management within Barclays Botswana business units, Ensures that principle processes, procedures and other controls are applied and adhered to by business units with respect to the management of records, in line with applicable regulatory requirements.  
Required to manage a small team of Records Management specialists, but with a vast matrix responsibility to direct, design and ensure embedment of all records management policies and standards across the business.

Essential/Basic Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
·         degree in information, compliance, risk and/or legal
·         Accredited Records management courses
·         5 years in Financial Services or related industry
·         3 years managing a team of specialists in the related field;
·         2 years experience in compliance, risk and records management fields.
