1. OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

1.1 Job Summary

To provide Occupational health and industrial rehabilitation services to the mine.

1.2 Minimum Requirements

•Degree in Occupational therapy
•2 years, post qualification experience
•Registered with the Botswana Health professional Council

The individual must have the following as an added advantage:

•Evidence of continuous professional development in treatment of children with learning difficulties and function capacity evaluations.
•Experience in return to work and function capacity evaluation in an industrial setting
•Experience in conducting ergonomic evaluations and work assessments.

2. PHYSIOTHERAPIST 

2.1 Job Summary 

To provide Occupational health and Industrial rehabilitation services to the mine 

2.2 Minimum Requirements

•Degree in Physiotherapy
•2 years post qualification experience
•Must have valid registration with the Botswana Health Professions Council 

The individual must have the following as an added advantage:

•Experience in return work, physical ability analysis and functional capacity evaluation in an industrial setting
•Evidence of continuous professional development in the treatment musculoskeletal disorders with kiesio taping, dry needling and other manual therapy techniques and in performance of functional capacity evaluations and physical ability analysis (PAA) in industry. 
•Experience in conducting ergonomic evaluations and work assessments.
