Job responsibilities
• Supplier Accounting, Supplier payments, Reconciliation and documentation
• Debtors accounting, follow-up reconciliation
• Student accounting and revenue reconciliation for all catergories of students – both full time and part time
• Corporate training accounting and branch office accounts
• Supervise day to day accounting & cash disbursement
• Expense and payroll accounting
• Preparation of statutory returns to relevant authorities
• Recommend cost reduction measures
• Ensure adherence to ISO requirements

3. SENIOR EXECUTIVE – MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS (REF CODE 14MIS002)

Location: Gaborone, Maun
Qualification/Experience required:
A masters degree in computing or bachelors degree in Engineering with knowledge in C language and Oracle certifications. Knowledge in VMware work station and eclipse Java preferred
Job Responsibilities for vacancies 2 and 3
• Managing the team and support specialists provided with required trainings
• Allocate jobs, direct the work flow and monitor the team to run MIS operations smoothly
• Responsible to understand the requirements of the different departments or management of the organization and find out the workable solution to maintain the data and to make it more informative
• Provide 100% accurate reports as required
• Make available systems for easy data retrieval
• Keep data up to date
• Implementing and managing security or integrity and monitoring back up procedures
