ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER- LIABILITIES (WHOLESALE BANKING)

Main Responsibilities:

•The incumbent will ensure the acquisition, retention and management of Wholesale Banking Depositors.
•Will also be responsible for development and implementation of relevant liability products and services and ensures the bank has a strong deposit value proposition for the liability clients.

Main focus area:

•The job requires close liaison with existing clients as well as looking for new clients, with emphasis on identifying customer requirements and assisting the bank in establishing profitable liability solutions to these requirements in a changing economic environment.
•The role of ARM- Liabilities is to initiate, grow and maintain profitable client relationships
•The job also entails identification of service deficiencies and provision of solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
•To maximize the interest income, increase bank market share and cross sell bank products and services
•Must have thorough knowledge of the products and services of the bank

Required knowledge and experience:

•The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of Institute of Bankers qualification, or Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent.
•The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of Wholesale Banking Customer experience, with analytical and negotiation skills
•The ability to work under pressure in a stressful market condition is essential

TREASURY DEALER – SALES

Main Responsibilities:

•The incumbent will be expected to proactively manage the bank’s relationships with corporate customers, identify customer requirements and assist the bank in establishing profitable solutions to these requirements in a changing economic environment.

Main focus area:

•To maximize the interest income, FX income, increase bank market share and cross sell bank products and services
•To identify service deficiencies and provision of solutions to improve customer satisfaction. This requires regular interaction with clients to get feedback
•Must have thorough knowledge of the products and services of the bank
•To actively market and increase product penetration of Treasury products i.e. foreign exchange, deposits and structured products
•Develop a robust and loyal core customer base by building relationships with key decision makers to grow both FX volumes and liabilities

Required knowledge and experience:

•The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors Degree in Business and an ACI qualification will be an added advantage.
•Proven experience in FOREX Sales in a treasury environment is essential with strong sales and analytical skills
•The ability to work under pressure in a stressful market condition is essential
