Eastern Delight t/a Curry Port is looking for an energetic
self driven individual to fill the post of Human Resources Manager at the
Francistown College of Vocational and Technical Training.
Responsibilities:
•Supervising all staff in the Kitchen and front office
•Being in charge of staff welfare and day to day management
•Stock control, timely ordering and maintenance of the required stock levels
•Ensuring that cleanliness of the branch is maintained daily
•Ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations of the college by all staff
•Updating staff leave days and offs and forwarding reports to the HR Manager monthly
•Producing weekly and monthly progress/performance reports and forwarding them to the head office on time
•Carrying any other duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements:
•Diploma in hospitality or any other related field
•At least one year experience in related area
•Drivers licence will be an added advantage
