Education & Experience	• Appropriate university qualification • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience is essential. • Petroleum experience & Good knowledge of English will be advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes	• Proven track record of success in sales and trade environment • Sales Marketing and Governing Principles • Experience in finance, budgeting, forecasting, contracting • Knowledge of business analysis techniques, local Economic/Business trends and best practice • Broad understanding of the fundamentals of Business • A working knowledge of the Code Labour and a working knowledge of financial management • Demonstrate a good understanding of regulatory and legal affairs • Good understanding of margin management and key drivers of profitability • Computer literacy especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict management skills • Mediation Skills, Negotiating skills, Mentoring Skills & Strong Leadership Skills • Planning skills, Selling skills and People Management-proven skills • Networking- ability to establish and maintain effective networks) • Entrepreneurial with impeccable business integrity • Self-motivating and engaging personality, Team Player, Proactive & Assertive
