Main purpose of job:
•The key purpose and role is to enhance business performance through appropriate advice and facilitation of robust, integrated people management strategies and processes within a stable and compliant industrial relations environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Supports business in aligning business and people strategies, directions and objectives through appropriate advice/interventions
•Coordinates and influence development of a performance culture through effective development of people
•Developing HC practices that act as strategic differentiators
•Plays a key role in managing complex organizational change projects with people implications
Selection criteria:
•A relevant Bachelor degree or equivalent
•A professional HC qualification will be an added advantage
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HC Relationship role
•Strong knowledge / experience of legislation related to employment
•Assertive, tenacious and willing to challenge when required
•Highly driven, setting stretching goals for self and teams, and continually pushing for results

Main purpose of job:
The job holder will be responsible for designing, proposing and implementing marketing and business strategies for the branch in order to customize customer satisfaction, increase customer numbers and achieve the business short and long term objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Ensure a long term prosperity of the business through appropriate strategies
•Meet financial targets through continuous marketing, segmentation and sales management strategies; customer acquisition, retention etc
•Proactive management of all types of risk in the bank
•Ensure good levels of customer service
•Manage human capital needs of the branch
Selection criteria:
•A relevant banking qualification or equivalent
•Minimum of 4 years of commercial banking experience at branch management level
•The position requires strong leadership, organizing and planning qualities
